The theory of learning styles, developed by Dr. Howard Gardner of Harvard University, identifies different ways in which people process information.
The 5 Main Styles
- Visual: Learns better through images, diagrams, and concept maps
- Auditory: Prefers oral explanations, podcasts, and discussions
- Kinesthetic: Learns by doing, through experiments and practical activities
- Reading/Writing: Prefers written texts and note-taking
- Logical: Reasons through logic, numbers, and patterns
